Customs & Duties
If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may have to pay Import VAT and Import Duties which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
For customers outside the UK, VAT will be removed at checkout.
If duty payment is refused and the shipment is returned to us, any courier fees and the original postage cost (if it qualified for free delivery) will be deducted from the refund. If postage was paid this will be excluded from the refund. The refund will be provided on receipt of the returned goods.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross border inspections by customs authorities.
If you would prefer us to pay the duties ahead of posting which makes for a quicker process through customs please let us know. We will then raise an invoice with you and upon settlement the item will be posted.

After exploring various options, we ultimately partnered with a distinguished capmaker in Belgium, and have been working in partnership with them for the last 15 years. The factory in Belgium has a heritage spanning over 120 years, and has built an exceptional reputation for its expertise in crafting high quality headwear. Their commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensures that every cap is produced to the highest standard, blending traditional techniques with modern precision.
