Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
Ordering
When placing an order you agree that all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Availability information for products is listed on each individual product page. If we do not have the stock to deliver the goods you have ordered we will refund to your payment method and inform when the item is restocked.
All prices listed on oldfieldclothing.com are correct at the time of entering the information, however we reserve the right to change prices of products at any time. All prices include VAT.
If your order has not been accepted you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why or by telephone or in writing. If there is a longer lead time from our supplier, in which case we will inform you of the expected delivery date, or if we are no longer able to supply the goods at all. Goods will be sent to the address given by you at the time of order. If you are ordering more than one item your goods may be sent to you in instalments certain items are out of stock.
Shipping within the UK
Orders are sent within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail tracked delivery (first class).
Free delivery on orders over £300.
Express delivery £6 (1-3 working days).
Shipping outside the UK
Orders are sent within 1-3 working days and Tracking provided.
USA & Canada deliveries are via DHL which takes 2-4 days from posting - £30.
European deliveries are via Royal Mail Tracked which takes 2-11 days from posting (excluding waiting times for customs) - £20.
Rest of the World is via Royal Mail Tracked which takes 2-11 days from posting (excluding waiting times for customs) - £30.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may have to pay Import VAT and Import Duties which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross border inspections by customs authorities.
If you would prefer us to pay the duties ahead of posting which makes for a quicker process through customs please let us know. We will then raise an invoice with you and upon settlement the item will be posted.
Returns Procedure Within UK
You may return items sold by us within 14 days from the date of receipt of item for a refund (excluding delivery charge). Please return to:

The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags in saleable condition.
Returns Procedure Outside UK
As above but please state ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outer package/commercial invoice to avoid any customs charges and delays with your refund.

Exchange Procedure for UK Customers
We will be happy to exchange for the same or another item on any products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstances that is in our error within 14 days from the date of receipt. The original item will need to be returned first and we will reimburse the postage.
Should you purchase an item which is the incorrect size/does not fit (although it is the size you ordered) and you wish to re-order the correct size, either a) fill in the letter enclosed with your item and post back with the returned item. Upon receipt of us receiving this, the new item will be posted (please check website to make sure size is in stock). The first exchange on any UK order will be posted free of charge, any subsequent exchanges will incur the postage charges as per the original order. An invoice will be raised, once payment is received the new size will be sent, b) send an e-mail to info@oldfieldclothing.com stating the required size and then point "a" above applies.

Exchange Procedure for non-UK Customers
As per the policy for UK Customers but for European and International exchanges payment for re-posting will be required as per the original order. An invoice will be raised and the item dispatched on receipt of payment.

Cancelling an Order
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it please contact us as soon as possible as orders are actioned quickly. We will try our best to make any changes to your order but we can not guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may have already been processed, in such cases you will have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal returns procedures.
Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us will be re-credited to the payment method used within 7 days of your order, provided the goods returned are in the same condition when delivered and unworn.
You will be responsible for any charges incurred when returning the good to us unless the return is as a result of an error on our part.

Payments are operated by Paypal and Stripe Payments. By placing an order you agreed to the Terms and Conditions set out by Paypal/Stripe Payments.
