1940s CASHMERE/WOOL DOGTOOTH TWEED JACKET

Sale price£150.00
Jacket size:

Made in England by a former Savile Row tailor, this jacket is cut from an authentic 1940s vintage pattern. The cloth is a light-to-mid-weight cashmere and wool blend in a classic dogtooth weave, woven in England by Alfred Brown.

The brown and taupe dogtooth tweed evokes true 1930s–40s character and would not look out of place on the set of The 39 Steps. With its timeless country styling and authentic vintage cut, this jacket is ideal for the Goodwood Revival and other period or heritage events.

Finished with a taupe lining from Heritage weavers and fastened with traditional corozo buttons, every detail reflects the care and craftsmanship behind the piece. Cut for a clean, fitted silhouette true to the era, there are just a limited number of these jackets.
