Customs & Duties
If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may have to pay Import VAT and Import Duties which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
For customers outside the UK, VAT will be removed at checkout.
If duty payment is refused and the shipment is returned to us, any courier fees and the original postage cost (if it qualified for free delivery) will be deducted from the refund. If postage was paid this will be excluded from the refund. The refund will be provided on receipt of the returned goods.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross border inspections by customs authorities.
If you would prefer us to pay the duties ahead of posting which makes for a quicker process through customs please let us know. We will then raise an invoice with you and upon settlement the item will be posted.

An authentic original vintage U.S. Army M-41 Field Jacket, dating to the World War II era, presented in beautifully worn, original condition. This example shows the classic silhouette and utilitarian design that made the M-41 a cornerstone of early-war U.S. military issue.
Constructed from a tightly woven cotton shell in a faded olive drab tone, the jacket features a button-front closure with a wide storm placket, slash hand pockets, and a pointed collar that can be worn open or buttoned for added protection. The cut is short and functional, designed for mobility and layering in field conditions. Lined in a green/khaki wool, blanket style lining for extra warmth.
This particular jacket displays significant, honest wear throughout — including soft fading, fabric distressing, and fraying at the cuffs — all consistent with age and use. The patina adds character and reinforces its originality, making it especially appealing to collectors, historians, and enthusiasts of military garments with real presence.
Often referred to as an “Arctic” or cold-weather variant, jackets of this type were intended for use in harsher environments and are increasingly difficult to find in untouched condition.
