Customs & Duties
If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may have to pay Import VAT and Import Duties which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
For customers outside the UK, VAT will be removed at checkout.
If duty payment is refused and the shipment is returned to us, any courier fees and the original postage cost (if it qualified for free delivery) will be deducted from the refund. If postage was paid this will be excluded from the refund. The refund will be provided on receipt of the returned goods.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross border inspections by customs authorities.
If you would prefer us to pay the duties ahead of posting which makes for a quicker process through customs please let us know. We will then raise an invoice with you and upon settlement the item will be posted.

Beautifully crafted in England, the Oldroyd trousers are inspired by original British workwear of the 1930s and 1940s. Cut from a substantial yet comfortable 300gsm brown marl wool, they feature an authentic high-waisted, wide-leg silhouette based on an original mid-1930s pattern.
The design combines period details with practical construction, including a traditional fish-back waistband, brace buttons, French bearer, two front pockets and two rear pockets. The trousers are finished with generous, unfinished turn-ups, allowing them to be tailored to your preferred length.
Proudly made in England by a factory specialising in workwear since 1898, the Oldroyd combines authentic period construction with quality materials and craftsmanship designed to stand the test of time.
