Why the Tobruk?

Why The Tobruk?.....We were heavily influenced by the escapades of David Sterling and Paddy Mayne during the Second World War, and felt the need to pay homage to the clothing worn by the men of the Long Range Desert Group and the Rats of Tobruk.

Our trousers are an exact reproduction of trousers worn in the North African theatre of War. Made from hard wearing Sand Bull Denim; and featuring a wide leg for ventilation. Get ready to be Sand Happy!

The Overalls that we have produced also fit with in this time period and are made of the same Sand Bull denim.
