Middleton Castle Photo Shoot
We were privileged to have the opportunity to use Middleton Castle for a recent photo shoot; the most stunning moated castle dating back to 1450 with panoramic views out over the lawned gardens and the sprawling Norfolk countryside.
The historic castle has been a family home since the early 1600s and we were incredibly grateful to be granted access to both the interior and exterior of this unique building for our back drop.
We arrived in a Riley Kestrel, driving along the sweeping driveway that winds through the estate grounds. It led us to the front of the castle, where a bridge crosses the moat to the imposing iron and wooden door of the gatehouse. The shot we captured there was truly spectacular!
The Billiards Room at Middleton Castle exudes an air of timeless luxury, with its fine antiques and sumptuous fabrics, evoking the elegance of Tudor times. Rob is seen modelling our shawl collar heavyweight cardigan, while Alec showcases our 1940s suit.
The sweeping staircase leads from the grand hall to upstairs, featuring a large window that offers a stunning view overlooking the surrounding grounds.
This stunning oriel bay window offers a picturesque view, elegantly positioned to overlook the tranquil waters of the moat. Framed by intricate stonework, the window allows natural light to flood the room. It's a perfect vantage point to take in the serene beauty of the castle's surroundings, adding a touch of charm and grandeur to the space.
Middleton Castle is available for exclusive hire, offering an unparalleled experience as a luxurious country retreat. Whether you're seeking a serene getaway or a venue for a special occasion, the castle provides a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Guests can immerse themselves in the grandeur of the estate, from its opulent interiors to the breathtaking views of its landscaped gardens and surrounding countryside.
